Selected experience
- Senior Data Scientist, consulting · Deepnova and Overlap 2025 to 2026. I directed machine learning and optimization projects end to end for enterprise clients such as BBVA, BCP, Alicorp, Primax, Claro, Banco Agrario and Banco Santander, coordinating technical teams and client stakeholders.
- Workforce scheduling optimization · Coca-Cola FEMSA 2022 to 2023. A large-scale mixed integer programming model that integrates production capacity, labor constraints and demand variability, moving planning from heuristic allocation to mathematical optimization.
- Churn prediction · Dataico 2025. Machine learning models to flag at-risk customers, with automated Python pipelines and Metabase dashboards.
- Air cargo loading · MIT capstone 2025 to 2026. Online 3D bin packing for charter flights, reaching about 90% average volumetric utilization across 16 flights, up to 12 points above the historical baseline.
